By installing ApisDom Forecast in your Shopify store, you accept these Terms.

Forecast provides:

• Demand prediction using Amazon Chronos-2 AI
• Inventory optimisation recommendations
• Credit system (no subscriptions)

Forecast does NOT provide:

• Financial advice
• Guaranteed accuracy in predictions
• Liability for commercial decisions

Nature of Predictions

Predictions are statistical estimates based on:

• Your historical sales patterns
• Seasonal trends
• Market conditions at the time of analysis

Predictions are NOT:

• Guarantees of future sales
• Financial advice
• Recommendations to buy or sell inventory

Limitation of Liability

ApisDom and its owners are NOT liable for:

• Stock-outs (inventory shortages)
• Excess inventory
• Revenue loss due to inaccurate predictions
• Business interruption
• Indirect damages

Maximum liability: Amount paid for the app in the last 12 months

User Assumptions

By using Forecast, you assume:

• Responsibility for all inventory decisions
• Verification of data accuracy in Shopify
• Human review before placing bulk orders
• Commercial risk from any recommendation

How Credits Work

1 Credit = 1 complete SKU prediction

Purchased via Shopify Billing (one-time payment)

Credits do not expire. They have no expiration date. They remain in your account indefinitely as long as the app is installed or your account exists

If you uninstall the app and reinstall it, your credits remain intact. No credits are lost by uninstalling

If you request complete deletion of your data (right to erasure, Art. 17 GDPR), all your account data is irreversibly deleted, including remaining credits. This action is your decision and requires explicit confirmation. We recommend using your credits before requesting data deletion

In the event that ApisDom discontinues the service, a minimum of 60 days advance notice will be provided so you can use your remaining credits

Non-Refundable Credits

• The Chronos-2 engine processes data immediately after purchase
• The computational cost is incurred instantly
• There is no way to reverse the process

Exception: If the prediction FAILS (insufficient data), credit is returned

Failed Predictions

Green traffic light status → prediction generated → credit consumed

Yellow traffic light status → prediction generated → credit consumed

Red traffic light status → prediction blocked → credit not consumed

API error (our fault), credit NOT CONSUMED (returned)

Your Responsibility

• Ensure Shopify data is accurate
• Verify the quality of historical sales data
• Clean data errors BEFORE using Forecast
• Shopify orders must reflect real sales (no test orders)

About the predictability traffic light

ApisDom Forecast uses a pre-assessment system, represented by a traffic light, to estimate whether the store's available history allows a predictive analysis to be run with a minimum data baseline.

This traffic light should not be interpreted as a guarantee of accuracy, profitability, commercial outcome or final quality of the forecast.

A green status indicates that the available history allows the prediction engine to be run according to the minimum technical criteria defined by the application. It does not mean that the resulting forecast will necessarily be accurate, favourable or suitable for taking decisions without additional review.

A yellow status indicates that the analysis can be run, but that there are signs of variability, irregularity or lower stability in the data. In these cases, the result should be interpreted with particular caution.

A red status indicates that, at that moment, the store does not have sufficient history or suitable data to run a forecast with a minimum baseline. In that case, the engine is not executed and no credit is consumed.

The final quality of each forecast will depend on factors such as the amount of data available, the regularity of sales, the existence of recent changes in the store, commercial campaigns, stock-outs, seasonality, market behaviour and any other circumstance that may affect the actual evolution of the business.

Forecast can help interpret trends and likely scenarios, but it does not replace the merchant's professional judgement nor does it guarantee future results. Forecasts should be used as a support tool, not as the sole basis for purchasing, inventory, investment, hiring, pricing or financial planning decisions.

You agree NOT to:

• Use Forecast to manipulate stock prices or competitor data
• Reverse-engineer the Chronos-2 algorithm
• Share access credentials or API keys
• Create artificial sales data (test orders for training)
• Use predictions to harm competitors
• Resell Forecast predictions as your own service

Consequences of violation:

• Immediate account suspension
• Loss of all remaining credits (non-refundable)
• Possible legal action

We guarantee:

• 99.5% availability during business hours
• 24-hour response time for critical issues

We do NOT guarantee:

• 100% availability (servers require maintenance)
• Specific response times for support
• Availability during platform maintenance

We may update the terms at any time

Material changes: 30 days notice

Continued use constitutes acceptance

By You

Uninstall Forecast from Shopify

Data is deleted within a maximum of 7 business days upon receiving the Shopify notification

By Us

• Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
• Non-payment (if subscriptions are added in the future)

30 days notice (except for serious violations)

For any dispute, the parties submit to Spanish law and the Courts of Alicante, waiving any other jurisdiction

Dispute resolution: AEPD if privacy-related
