Non-Refundable Policy
Credits are non-refundable because:
- The computational cost is incurred immediately
- There is no reversal after Chronos-2 processes the data
Exception: Automatic credit refund only applies if the system fails to generate a technical result (RED data quality). Credits will not be refunded for dissatisfaction with the prediction result if it was executed correctly

Payment fails, no credits charged

VAT and Taxes
Prices exclude VAT for businesses outside Spain with a valid EU intra-community operator (VIES). VAT will be calculated at Shopify checkout based on the merchant's location
Payment processing is handled entirely through Shopify Billing. Any dispute regarding bank charges must be initiated through the Shopify Billing platform
Refund Policy (GDPR Compliance)
Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
By executing the first prediction with purchased credits, the user expressly consents to the loss of their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Art. 103.m of the Spanish Consumer Law (TRLGDCU)
